A HouseWorks Caregiver can be at a new client’s home within a few hours of the initial request for assistance, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
HouseWorks services are available in shifts ranging from a few hours to round-the-clock care allowing clients to get exactly what they need, when they need it.
HouseWorks employs only a small percentage of all Caregiver applicants. To be selected, candidates must meet high standards evidenced through a series of screenings, background checks and in-person interviews. Candidates must earn the unanimous recommendation from the entire home care team to gain employment.
Our Scheduling team takes great care to match clients with Caregivers who are well-suited to their needs and personalities.
Single Point of Contact
Every client is assigned a dedicated Case Manager who oversees their entire HouseWorks experience including coordinating care, problem-solving and guiding clients through challenging decisions.
