Jeffrey G. Sihpol
Jeff Sihpol has been an operations executive for more than fifteen years. Throughout his career, Jeff has used out-of-the box thinking to shift corporate strategies that result in creating operational efficiencies, brand strength and overall company growth. Jeff’s entrepreneurial spirit and passion to ‘get it right’ supports HouseWorks vision to provide in-home care to clients that exceeds industry standards. His ability to listen and respond to what the market wants will be instrumental in maintaining the high level of service HouseWorks clients and referral sources have come to expect.
Jeff understands that a strong internal culture is instrumental in achieving growth. Over the course of his career, Jeff’s leadership and management of people have enabled him to recruit exceptional staff and motivate them to achieve more than they thought possible. In every work setting, Jeff has fostered a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence.
Before joining HouseWorks, Jeff was the US Controller at the Boston Consulting Group. During his tenure, he crafted innovative solutions to meet client needs while at the same time minimizing company risk. With all his clients, Jeff has focused heavily on building systems and creating operational effectiveness. Jeff was also responsible for US finance at BCG, which included HR guidance.
Prior to BCG, Jeff was the global CFO of Global Portfolio Advisors, a financial services company where he established businesses in India and China while overseeing on-going operations in Tokyo. Jeff also served as CFO and Treasurer of Canaccord Adams (formerly Adams Harkness) where he helped the company more than double in size by opening affiliate companies (both domestically and overseas), reorganizing its legal structure and creating world class systems, operations and HR and finance departments.
A native of Chelmsford, Massachusetts, Jeff has been impacted personally by the uncertainty of caring for aging parents, and has a vested interest to make it easier for families faced with the realities of caregiving. Jeff is passionate about family, and spends his non-HouseWorks time with his two sons, Zachary and Kyle. Jeff graduated from Syracuse University with dual degrees in business law & public policy and accounting.
