The HouseWorks staff understands that getting it right means working together as a team. We look out for each other, respect one another, and know we all play a valuable role.

Home Care
It’s natural to feel unsettled when you see your parent crossing that line, when frailty becomes obvious. Our Directors of Client Services work one-on-one to lessen the burden. They problem-solve, order chaos, and guide through the tough parts. Most of all, they provide the clarity to make wise decisions, manage challenges, and find purpose in all that is happening.

Operations
Matching clients with the right Associates is a huge part of what we do. For that reason, our Coordinators of Client Services are dedicated to just that one task. And it’s complicated. They know that scheduling is a fluid process, and they expect things to change.

Home Modification
When a home needs changing — whether it’s installing a grab bar or managing considerable cleanout — our Home Modification team tackles any task with a smile and a big heart. They make space livable so life is easier.

Corporate
There are a lot of moving parts behind the scenes. Our Corporate team keeps our technology innovative, our finances functional, our systems running smoothly and our staff happy. No detail is overlooked. They keep us going.

Kim Jennings

Project Consultant

Kim Jennings is a Project Consultant at HouseWorks. Since she has been with us, Kim has vastly improved the reliability and efficiency of the company's technology and information systems, significantly decreasing system downtime and improving system response time. Kim has successfully implemented technology at HouseWorks that streamlines internal and external communications, monitors client status, ensures remote access to the corporate office network, and tracks the impact of HouseWorks' marketing and sales on customer utilization and revenue. read more
