Finding such extraordinary talent does not come easily, but our time and effort to find these great people have paid off.  We are extremely selective in our hiring process — in fact, we only hired about one in 10 Associates last year. We carefully screen to evaluate health-care-related skills, but we don’t stop there. Motivation, judgment, crisis management, emotional insight, initiative, professionalism, and compassion are all pre-requisites.
