Our Associates, kind and qualified
When it comes to hiring our home care Associates, we look for something that’s hard to find: inspiration that comes from the heart. It takes a lot of searching. Last year, we hired one out of 17 candidates we interviewed. We put them through a rigorous screening, CORI background check and vetting process to ensure that they have the skills, credentials, experience, and calm professional manner they need to take charge in any situation, whether it be dealing with dementia, end-of-life, a complicated transfer, or the transition from the hospital to home.
Experienced and engaged in learning
Our Associates all have well-rounded resumés and have worked in the home, in hospitals, and at rehab centers. In addition, we require that they participate in ongoing training and our newly implemented mentoring program. Their skills are impressive, but what we find truly inspiring is their innate ability to win over even the most reluctant client.
