You need a guide
We can help you figure it out. Accepting the fact that your parents may need help is hard enough; but then, trusting an outside person to help can be an even bigger leap of faith. That's why, right from your first phone call, you'll speak with your own Client Services Manager, who will take the time to understand your situation either over the phone or with a home visit. Together, you'll assess the situation and determine the best plan of action.
