At HouseWorks, we help with caregiving — especially the "giving" part. We can give the meals, the shower, and the ride to the doctor. We do medication reminders and can stay through the night. While there is no one-size-fits-all solution to help someone stay at home, we’ve learned that you have to make time for the "caring” part. We make sure that happens. The HouseWorks team provides as much or as little in-home care as you need, because with all that's going on, we know that having time to just be together is what's most important. Really.

Leaving the hospital
We work with your hospital discharge planner to coordinate whatever care is needed at home. We can start out with 24-hour care — or provide just a few hours to give you a break every now and then.
There is a lot to consider. The process moves quickly, and that’s why we are on call 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. The HouseWorks team can almost always fill your same-day and last-minute requests.
