Board Memberships
The Alumni Association of the Boston College Graduate School of Social Work fosters alumni involvement in the activities and direction of the school, the social work profession, and the social welfare field.

Boston Medical Center is a private, nonprofit medical center and the primary teaching affiliate for Boston University School of Medicine. Emphasizing community-based care, Boston Medical Center's mission is to provide consistently accessible health services to all.

Community Family prevents the premature and/or unnecessary nursing home placement of adults with chronic medical conditions by providing high quality adult day health programs. The Community Family is dedicated to improving the quality of life of participants and their families.

The Corporation for National and Community Service provides opportunities for Americans of all ages and backgrounds to engage in community service addressing the nation's educational, public safety, environmental and other human service needs.

Cradles to Crayons enhances the lives of homeless and low-income children by collecting and distributing, free of charge, new and gently used children's items such as strollers, car seats, clothing, books, toys, birthday presents, arts and crafts and school supplies.

The Home Care Allicance of Massachusetts supports and empowers
members to advance home health as the therapeutic, compassionate, and patient-preferred care choice of the future.

The Massachusetts Commission on End of Life Care aims to improve the quality of life at the end of life. The Commission promotes public, professional and institutional awareness regarding end of life issues and fosters professional and consumer education to improve end of life care. The National Family Caregivers Association improves the overall quality of life of the nation's 50 million caregiving families through support, education, and advocacy.

The National Private Duty Association (NPDA) is a national voice for organizations that provide private-pay home care and an advocate for services that benefit home care consumers of all ages including seniors, children, people with disabilities, and those with chronic health conditions. NPDA represents over 700 agencies nationwide.

Advisory Committees
Combined Jewish Philanthropies' Elder Care Committee oversees CJP's work with nonprofit organizations that provide services to seniors and their families.

Dedham Project Committee guides the development of Hebrew SeniorLife's new multi-generational campus in Dedham. When completed, the campus will include long-term care, assisted living, and independent senior housing with a focus on providing a stimulating environment for seniors to contribute to younger generations through social and educational interaction.

WGBH Corporate Executive Council is a volunteer corporate board comprised of top business executives who assist WGBH in reaching out to the local business community.
