We helped turn a concept into reality
Almost a decade ago, HouseWorks began working with residents of Beacon Hill to turn their Village concept into a reality. As a company, we always think about new and different ways to help seniors be who they are and live where they want. The idea of Villages made sense, so we worked hard to make it happen. When they launched, they chose us as their strategic partner and preferred home care provider.
The power of this movement
Today HouseWorks is committed to helping Villages across the country get up and running. We create strategic alliances, coach founders through what can be a difficult launch, help influence public policy that will ultimately support the movement, and provide home care to many Villagers in Greater Boston and Bethesda. We cheer them on.

The Village to Village network is a national peer-to-peer organization that works to help communities establish and continuously improve management of their own villages in large metropolitan areas, suburban settings, and rural towns alike. Villages work because they are initiated and inspired by members who are working together to live more fully in their own communities.
